Today I finished a quilt that I made for myself!  I started it 7-18-13.  Here is the post I made on my old blog, sewoldsewnew.blogspot.com.

I have taken it out now and again to work on the stitching/quilting, and today I decided I really wanted to finish it.  I set it out, stitched all the little places that were not done and sewed the antique ruffle edge around it.  I am so danged happy!

The fun thing about this quilt is that I can continue adding quotes, important dates and even photos.  It has pieces of old and pieces of new.  It is definitely a work of heart!
