I love the paper mache' boats that Ann Woods creates! I have wanted to make one myself for over 2 years. I put it on my to-create list every year, and I finally made one today. You can go to her blog to find the directions to this project, and see other cute things she makes. (Her owls are fantastic too!) I used a piece of vintage linen for my sail, and added the little patches from Tim Holtz fabrics. I didn't paint my boat, I just let the paper mache' show because I thought it looked nice with the colors in the sail.
