This post is really about 2 ideas. The first is using what you have on hand to wrap presents. I like pretty presents! I don't think you should spend a bunch of money on wrapping. I went into my craft room and gathered a few supplies; brown paper, raffia, leftover wreaths and ornaments, handmade fabric flowers, etc. I wrapped some presents using things I have, and then added photo ornaments to finish them off. That is where idea two comes in! I bought these dated glass ornaments after Christmas for very little money ($2 for 6). I am putting family photos in them and using them for tags. It's so easy and makes the gift so personal and pretty!
Be creative this year and use what you have to wrap your presents! I would love to see your ideas if you would care to share! Happy Holidays!!
I'm an art teacher and junk lover! I like to hunt for and repurpose treasures from flea markets, old barns, yard sales and funky shops.
